RANDOLPH O. PERSSON (“Randy”), President and Co-Owner

Randy was born in Minnesota and raised in the Phoenix area. He is licensed as an Attorney in the state of North Dakota and by the state of Arizona as a Mortgage Broker and a Real Estate Broker. As a licensed professional, he was a practicing Accountant with Price Waterhouse and a Commercial Real Estate Broker with various firms. He earned his undergraduate degree from Arizona State University, and his Law Degree from the University of Denver.

ROSE M. PERSSON, Vice President and Co-Owner

Rose began her financial career with 12 years in the banking industry and served as  Branch Operations Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and Assistant Vice President - Operations Manager for Westmark Savings Bank.  She transitioned into the title/escrow industry where she spent the following 15 years as an escrow officer managing various escrow/title company offices from California to Arizona. Rose gained an additional 3 years experience as a conventional residential lender and completed numerous courses through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.  She also completed the Commercial Lending courses through the National Association of Mortgage Brokers Education Program.
