Rental home prices rise 4.4% in Phoenix

The Valley’s rental home prices rose 4.4 percent in February, showing the same kind of growth multifamily rents are undergoing, according to a new report from CoreLogic released Tuesday.

The Phoenix area ranked third in terms of the largest year-over-year single-family home rental increases, trailing only the Las Vegas area and Orlando, Florida, which ranked first and second, respectively.

Phoenix also topped 4 percent growth in house rental rates during 2017.
