Alex spent over fifteen years in business development and technology before lending, helping companies design and launch products, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. At Cisco Systems he managed global solution portfolios and strategic partnerships that generated multimillion-dollar growth, work that sharpened the analytical approach he now brings to evaluating investment opportunities.

After relocating from Nashville to Phoenix in 2021, he turned that experience in deal structure and client relations to private money lending and real estate investment. He is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, actively originating, underwriting, and funding private loans throughout Arizona.

Alex particularly enjoys inspecting collateral properties. He spends much of his free time driving Arizona neighborhoods and visiting open houses, an interest that keeps his read on property values current, street by street.
