Our team brings more than 65 years of combined experience in real estate lending, and has underwritten Arizona property through every market this state has produced. ## What we actually do We make loans that banks and traditional lenders do not make, or do not make in time. All of it is investment real estate: residential, commercial, multi-family, construction, and land, in amounts from $50,000 to $25,000,000, secured by first position deeds of trust in Arizona. We lend to the full range of real borrowers: individuals, LLCs, corporations, trusts, and partnerships. When one property is not enough to carry the loan, we can secure it across several. ## How a deal gets decided We get our arms around the property’s value. We make sure your plan for it is viable. Then we decide, and we tell you what we decided and why. When the answer is yes, we move to title and documents. When it is no, you hear it quickly and straight, with the reason, because your time is worth something and so is ours. That is the whole process.
