Rose Persson

Rose has spent her entire career on the operational side of real estate finance, which is why loans at Kenwood close cleanly.

She began with twelve years in banking, serving as Branch Operations Manager for Wells Fargo Bank and Assistant Vice President and Operations Manager for Westmark Savings Bank. She then moved into title and escrow, spending fifteen years as an escrow officer managing title company offices from California to Arizona. She added three years as a conventional residential lender, completed numerous courses through the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business, and finished the Commercial Lending program of the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.

Banking operations, escrow, title, and lending: Rose has run every desk a loan crosses on its way to recording. She joined Randy at Kenwood in 2000, and they remain active, full-time owners.
