Every loan that closes at Kenwood crosses Tiffany’s desk. She prepares loan documents and coordinates borrowers, loan originators, title, escrow, and servicing, the complex work that turns an approved deal into a recorded one.

Tiffany joined Kenwood from the retail sector, where she managed operations and teams, and earned her way up through the office manager and loan coordinator roles by taking on whatever the closing needed. Borrowers who have worked with her know the pattern: questions answered, documents right the first time, and a closing that lands when it was promised.
