Mesa – Harris Place Enterprises LLC in Alamo, Calif. (Angela Chiang, manager) paid $1.125 million ($23,437 per unit) to acquire the 48-unit Harris Place apartments located at 43 N. Harris Drive in Mesa.
The seller was Harris Place LLC in Cranson, R.I. (Mansour Moussavi, Nasrin Hajian-Bahmany, members). The buyer was represented by Neil Sherman of Insignia CRE LLC in Phoenix. The seller was represented by John Khonsari of US Preferred Realty in Mesa.
Maricopa County records show the buyer acquired the asset with a $775,000 loan from Kenwood Mortgage Investments Inc. in Scottsdale. In August 2011, BREW reported Harris Place LLC paying $590,000 ($12,292 per unit) to purchase Harris Place apartments. The complex was built in 1987.
