Alex began his career in business development and technology, where he spent over 15 years helping companies design and launch new products, partnerships, and go-to-market strategies. During his tenure with Cisco Systems, he managed global solution portfolios and strategic partnerships that generated multimillion-dollar growth and strengthened his analytical approach to evaluating investment opportunities.
After relocating from Nashville to Phoenix in 2021, Alex transitioned his expertise in deal structure and client relations to private money lending and real estate investment. He is a licensed Arizona Real Estate Agent and a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator, actively originating, underwriting, and funding private loans throughout Arizona.
Alex particularly enjoys inspecting collateral properties and spending his free time driving through neighborhoods and visiting open houses to stay closely connected to Arizona’s real estate market—an interest that continually sharpens his eye for property valuation and underwriting.
